RSS Retraction invitation
With tweetup events planned on Monday and Launch day Wednesday, Stephanie is diligently working to allow access to the RSS retraction on Tuesday evening! *Times still to be confirmed. We may be able to arrange for those who are here Tuesday to still go out to the launch pad for the RSS retraction, but we’d need to know how many people that might be so we could see if we can get enough buses....

More delays for #STS133 Discovery and #nasatweetup
NASA Tweetup attendees, NASA managers met this morning and determined it is not possible to launch space shuttle Discovery on Tuesday, Nov. 2, but are optimistic we can target launch for Wednesday, Nov. 3. The preferred liftoff time Nov. 3 would be 3:52 p.m. EDT. The long-range weather forecast indicates a 70 percent chance of favorable weather at launch time (details below). We’re ...

Adjusted STS133 tweetup launch schedule
For everyone following along with my adventures! So we would plan to begin activities on Nov. 1 instead of Oct. 31.   The adjusted schedule would be roughly as follows:  Link Saturday, Oct. 30: Registration hours 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. (no change) Sunday, Oct. 31: Add registration hours TBD (now a free day for you for beach, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, etc.) ...
